How PML is operating during the covid-19 pandemic

PML re-opened its building in May 2020 following the ease of the national lockdown.  Since that time we have ensured that important laboratory-based research has been able to be undertaken, and that we continue to deliver on research projects for our customers, whilst taking all necessary steps to remain covid secure.

A significant number of our staff continue to work from home, are contactable, and continuing to deliver against their research projects too.  Queries on specific research projects should be sent to the relevant Principal Investigator.

A maximum capacity for the building whilst remaining covid secure has been established and is operated through an access request system for staff, visitors and external contractors.

If you are a contractor or visiting researcher, and wish to visit the site please contact the Director of Operations or Director of Science, respectively, for prior authorisation.

Our covid security measures were assessed during a recent ISO45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) audit and found to be excellent.
