Dr Matt Frost will be representing Plymouth Marine Laboratory at the 34th Assembly of the International Union of Biological Sciences, taking place in Tokyo, Japan from the 9th to the 13th March.
Matt is an invited speaker in a special session organised by the Japanese Association for Marine Biology (JAMBIO) looking at the importance of national and international marine networks, on the panel: “Marine stations and the global network – how we collaborate and what we can do”.
As Chair of the World Association of Marine Stations (WAMS), Matt will be also be presenting the talk “WAMS: international collaboration among marine stations in support of the global ocean agenda”.
