PML’s Professor Matt Frost is a Panellist at the IUCN World Conservation Congress (Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, 9-15 October), a prestigious global event held every four years that brings together nature conservation experts and decision-makers to set priorities and drive conservation and sustainable development action.

The IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) has over 1,400 government, civil society and Indigenous peoples’ Member organisations who will vote at the congress on major issues to help guide humanity’s relationship with our planet.

The Congress’ Forum and Exhibition will also see scientists, policy experts, business leaders and professionals from around the globe share their experience, innovation and latest research.

This unique convening power of state and non-state actors together gives the IUCN Congress a powerful mandate to set the nature conservation agenda for decades to come and PML is delighted to take part.
