The Mesoamerican Reef (MAR), shared by Mexico, Belize, Guatemala and Honduras, is the largest coral reef in the Atlantic. The MAR programme is supporting mariculture and aligned businesses to solve problems caused by nutrient pollution, untreated sewage, overfishing, sargassum, solid waste and more.

Plymouth Marine Laboratory will be hosting the MAR+ Invest meeting on Thursday 16th March.
The meeting will include introductions to the programme, 1-1 sessions and networking. This is ahead of the closing deadline for the first Request for Proposals (5 April 2023) for the MAR+Invest programme.
