‘Climate change, biodiversity loss and other environmental impacts are vital challenges for the 21st century. AI and digital technologies offer new abilities to monitor, model, and manage complex socioecological systems – yet these tools might themselves create new environmental and social harms.
EI26 will bring together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers to explore how responsible AI and data science can help address environmental challenges. The event will be positive, solutions‑focused and grounded in real‑world impact.’
