Hannah Evans is a Project Manager at PML Applications, where she supports the delivery of projects that contribute to the laboratory’s scientific and operational goals. In her role, she works collaboratively across teams to coordinate activities, support effective project delivery, and maintain clear communication between stakeholders.
Hannah brings a broad professional background spanning project coordination, people development, operational management and staff engagement. Prior to moving into project management, she worked at PML as an HR Advisor with a focus on learning and development, employee engagement and continuous improvement. During this time, she led a number of initiatives, including the development of the laboratory’s mentoring programme and the coordination of training and development activities across both operational and scientific teams.
Before joining PML, Hannah spent over a decade at Mount Batten Centre Ltd as Training, Administration and Business Support Manager, where she supported business operations, staff development, financial administration and service improvement initiatives.
Hannah holds a BA (Hons) in Tourism from Bournemouth University and a CIPD Level 5 Intermediate Certificate in Human Resources. She also has training in project management and counselling, reflecting her interest in supporting people, professional development and workplace wellbeing.
Her career has been shaped by a strong focus on collaboration, communication and delivering practical solutions that support both people and business objectives.
