Tim Allen

I joined the Trustee board of PML in August 2026. I am a Chartered Accountant and finance leader with over 30 years’ experience operating at board and executive level across UK and international businesses, spanning technology, financial services, hospitality, property, charity, regulated lending and green energy. A significant part of my career has been spent supporting shareholders, founders and boards through complex change, including ownership transitions, international carve-outs, and the transition from public to private ownership.

I’m delighted to work with PML, bringing my experience to support the organisation’s vital role in advancing marine science and delivering solutions to some of the world’s most pressing environmental challenges.
