One Ocean Science Conference

Tuesday 3 June 2025 - Friday 6 June 2025

Location: Nice

A United Nations Ocean Conference Special Event dedicated to Science will see PML experts providing presentations, posters and contributing their expertise 3-6 June, 2025, in Nice, France.

The so-called ‘One Ocean Science Congress’ (OOSC) is expecting more than 2,000 scientists to come together towards providing Heads of State, Government, and the broader society, with comprehensive scientific insights on the Ocean’s health and future trajectory. This is because science-informed decisions should enable the conservation and sustainable use of the Ocean, optimize the solutions it offers, and safeguard the services and benefits it provides to humanity. Highlights of PML’s involvement are shared below. For the full programme please visit OOS2025 – Home.

Our experts on the ground in Nice are looking forward to meeting with you. These include Professor Kerry Howell, Professor Matthew Palmer, Professor Ana Queiros, Dr Elizabeth Talbot, and Luz Rodriguez-Vargas.
